    I hope this goes forward. I have written My Sen for years now regarding such a move.

    I like to think that once these cars are protected from testing (by a new law, or by age under the old law), that a few more of them will be saved.

    Very ironic. The STUPID thing is, some states require testing BACK TO 67!!

    I told one guy he should consider suing the state. Since 67's were NEVER engineered for smog controls (except the few in CA back to 66) it seems to me there is no way any state can even institute standards.

    I hope it passes. I think ours is okay up to 87 and older.
