    Im in love..always wanted a t top Mirada. I agree price might be high but no rust..hmm.

    Yeah..nice car.. Bet they are testing the water for a sucker for sure.. I saw one down here with t tops, 36K for mileage, garage kept and 100% all original.. even had the original tires.. go for $3200. It was a off white tan color

    Now that I think about it.. I remember coming back from a race in Georgia back in 79...and pulled into a rest stop on I-95.. There were 3 trucks loaded with 1980 Miradas. I asked the guy what dealer they were going to and he told me they are headed to a factory somewhere..he didn't say which..to get t-tops put in. I bet it was the DMC place in Ocala. They did a lot of Chrysler post fab work. They converted a Mini Van we had..

    The t-top conversions for the Miradas were done by Cars and Concepts in Brighton, MI and were sent there from the assembly plant in Windsor, Ontario. The cars have a sticker on the driver's door for the modifications by Cars and Concepts.
