    the best thing you can do for that 360 would be to ditch the dished pistons for flat tops, easist compression boost available.

    Your horsepower sounds like a reasonable guess. I'd assume this is a flat tappet setup so any max lift the cam makes should be divided by 1.5 and multiplied by 1.6 if you use stock ratio Magnum rockers.

    With stock Magnum heads there are a few clearance items of concern, what intake will you run?

    Other folks on here have done it too though and it's fairly documented. I have all stock accessories, stock intake, and stock valve covers on mine.

    you want a motor or trans? I'll build ya a killer trans, but I need a 383 block for a restore here too. I'm also in need of a BB 727 trans main case too.

    intakewise ,rpm airgap. gota keep the small block setup streetable so i can make a more race inclined bb later. was working on the magnum heads today,prep them up painted them hemi orange,ordered stem seals and keepers. tomorow should get them.

    seams like the bodywork guy quit on me,so since i had a wad of cash that was suposed to go his way i use it and bouth for 250$ of 2x2 1/4thick tubeing and yesterday spent all day building a rotisery,will post pics soon,the structure is done just need to add wheels and minor things

    Looks like a good start! I wanna build one, but I thought it might work brtter on concrete floors than dirt. So some of this years budget in gonna be spent on concrete.
