and Mark Martin leads the first lap of 2005.

I'm pulling for him this year -- even though he's in a Chivy. The old man has class -- and my son told me three years ago that he was too old to be racing.

Petty blue is on a Ford for the first time since a 69 Torino.


It just ain't what it use to be.

Yeah, and I think they're making a big deal everytime a Petty car does something. I recall last year Kayne did OK, and Sadler came within seconds of winning the race.

So few of the Dodges and 2 get knocked out early

Still a red flag for some pot holes,,wow nascar is a bunch of chicks, put up some Road Work Ahead signs and keep racing. LOL!

What the hell 3rd place only 6 laps to go and you go in for tires and gas? Only Dodge in the race and you take yourself out. Anyone else have the tar and feathers ready?
