  • Has Anyone Installed and/or Used a Passon Performance 855?

So the Leaning Tower of Power and Three on Tree has been pulled from my 60 Plymouth and I have a approx 425hp 383 that is about to go in.

Originally I was gonna use an 833 I had, but then decided I really needed an overdrive..I considered getting a used Tremec 6-speed from a Challenger/Viper/Mustang, but after checking that out they're way too big and I'd have to chop up the Interior to put a new tunnel in.

I see Passon Performance has a 5-speed in a 4-speed case. While that certainly would make installation a lot easier, I'm wondering if the internals are up to the task.

Does anyone have any experience with this transmission that they're willing to share?
