ok, really not a car being built, but an old enclosed trailer New Old Aluminum Trailer

I bought an early 90s Aluminum trailer off Jim Bailey. It appears to have been well cared for. I've done some work, like mount a 12000# winch and motorcycle chalks. I bought the Screamin' Woody back from Indiana; and took my Son's and my Harleys to ride in Colorado in it. Nice light trailer. All of the bearings now have new grease.

It's in the process of being stripped and repainted White with Red/White/Blue stripes on from three sides, and the Texas Flag on the rear door. I'll outfit it more to my needs as I have time. Already painted the A-Frame replaced the electric jack - twice. Need to mount a jack pouch, radio, a couple roof vents, and a few other conveniences,
but after the inside is painted.

I suspect it will be finished this next week, before I take a week to stay at lake to get some work done there.

The white paint is on as are the Red and Blue Stripes. Free-handed the Star to the Texas Flag on the rear door today. The blue is now on. Iíll tape off the red and white right side on later in the week.
Inside Iíve mounted a 12,000 winch and some other racing equipment. The inside walls will also get a coat of paint. More photos to follow.

Added a 120000# winch and many more D-Rings. My car must have been the largest car in the trailer, so I had to add some front and rear if trailer. There is occasionally one or two large touring Harkeys in the trailer, staggered left and right, and I had to add a couple to me able to properly secure them.

Pulled the Star tape off, taped up and painted the Red. I'm going to lake for long weekend, so I'll pull trailer out to brake in hot Texas sun for a few days. Tuesday I'll pull tape and retape to finish the white paint.

The D-Rings I cut holes for and mounted topside, now have nuts and lock washers bottom side.

The A-Frame has some nice glossy black paint now.

I have new LED tail lights and 150' of 2" red/white reflective tape that I'll get on. Then I'll swap out marker lights to Led.

Then I'll do the inside. In about 3 months I'll power buff the paint and wax.

Pulled the tape off and put in hot Texas Sun to bake the paint some. Next I'm going to replace taillights with LED, I Ordered 150' rolls of reflective Red, White and Blue that I MIGHT replace stripes with, I ordered a roof vent with a 3-speed fan I need to Install, remove wheels to pressure wash and paint wheel wells, polish wheel, and polish the aluminum edges. Then moving to inside of trailer.

I didn't like the crispness of the painted on Stripes, so I found some 2" Red, White and Blue rolls of reflective tape and applied it over the painted on stripes. I ordered some LED markers lights, an electric fan roof vent, ant a vent cover. The wagon has just finished its year long rebuild (the build documented in this forum) an its loaded up for a race in Denton that I'll leave in the morning. If it is good to go, I'll take it to Indy next week, if its not ready for Prime Time yet, then I'll take the Thug to Indy.
