What is this "Max Wedge Port" intake?

This came on the Vitamin C when I bought it, and I was told it was a Mopar Performance.

Now that it is listed on eBay I've received a message saying that it isn't a Mopar Performance, but either Original or Allison's A&A Reproduction.

Does anyone know how to tell the difference between the three?

Ok, overwhelming conciseness is that is either an Original or A&A, and that you can't tell difference as they used same casting

I found this information on the original three Cross Ram Max Wedge intakes. A first read, I'm slightly confused. I'll reread when I have the intake in my hands, as I'm at the lake for a long weekend.
