and now for the ugly side of the car(for now but not for long). he tried to do too much at one time and screwed things up. he removed the engine wire harness from the bulkhead, installed headmen headers, replaced the radiator, installed a reman carb and according to him a mopar performance ignition kit to replace the lean burn. did mopar ever have a blue ignition box in there kits?

I'm not sure, but this looks very much like a Magnum I used to drive by alot just north of Wheeling W.Va. when we used to work at a coal cleaning plant some years back.

that is all i have for now. i did not do anything to the car before the pictures but a good cleaning will be done this weekend. then a check list on what is needed.
thank you for looking my car. btw, this is my third magnum i have been looking for onefor a long time but i was always a day late or a dollar short.
here is a big thank you to magnumguy, bill you have been there for me thru this whole journey. thank you.
also to dave for having the best mopar fourm and allowing me to have a great time here.

per the guy(lee) i bought it from an older guy had bought it new and two years ago he needed a van. so he found a van on a secondary lot and traded the magnum in on it. lee saw it and bought then started the...well however misguided he was trying to do something nice/good to the car. so you could say i am the third owner excluding car dealers.

Looks good rl73 a family project is great, especially if your bonding over a Magnum.
