Sir Demon, I know from our freindship you can't possibly be insinuating that I returned to Kansas for any other reason. I just stated how many strange reasonings that ohio has in their laws. the tatoo post lends credit to that. I'll add some insight. The SOB that broke my jaw in 2 places, compound fracture in one of the 2, the other in the TMJ region that will cause forever trouble, stabbed me in the upper right shoulder causing a 62% disability to the right arm and shoulder, that can be repaired with a $50,000 2 part surgery that requires 2 years of rehab after, then slashed me with a 5"serrated blade knife from left ear to left corner of mouth requiring over 500 stiches to repair and leaving a large permanent scar that he has no responsibility for plastic surgery to put me back to anywhere "next to original", he has over 9 pages worth of arm length violent crime history, including against his former wife and INFANT child, got away with a plea deal down from felony aggravated assualt and felonious assualt, both 10 year max terms, to 1 year sentence with credit for 8 months already served. He got outta jail before me, leaving GF and family in harms way from him, 5 months before me, to where he could have sought retribution. From what I heard when I got out and even before I went in at the grand jury hearings, he supposedly was scared to death of me and fearing for his life just to testify!(ps supposedly he still is afraid and has a "network" of friends to let him know if I'm "coming to town". Govt trained me better, I can go in and out and never be seen or missed. If I want him--== SOMEDAY==--, he'll NOT be hard to find, people like Mr. Michael Hyland, have a very hard time hiding from anything, including me.
Judge said at my sentencing, "mr K$%^%, I can see by your records and training, if you had meant Mr Hyland to be dead, he would be dead." so i got reduced to misdemeanor assult withOUT firearms specifications, 6 month max sentence, out in 4 because of "good behaviour", meaning i didn't hurt anyone that they knew of while I was confined. The news of my "incident" was so much all over the local TV that by the time I "entered" the system 7 months later, most of the already inmates, young and old, were kinda afraid of me. The local TV news (all four major Dayton Ohio links) had stated that I had " in our opinion, he only returned fire in self defense and it shows by his injuries that he DID believe he was in fear of his life being taken"
AGAIN The defense rests it's case! however the judge was right. I have told Padre how I carry a cold heart and why, I have no forethought other than the fact of threat and loss of life to myself, loved ones, or innocent people, I WILL draw my weapon to defend myself, my own, my country, and others, against aggressive combative adversaries, wishing to do harm against the United States and all other innocent citizens. Part of being an O K in my book. Regardless of how old or how torn up.
Thanks for allowing my speech, I hope you took the time to think about it and what I said, before calling me nutz. I guess some of us are just more inclined to defend from the roots up than the already damage being done from the top down. Dumb Bastards
