The first line in the description reads "By 1968, the advantage previously enjoyed by Chrysler’s Hemi in NASCAR had been virtually eclipsed by its competitors."

What?! "Eclipsed by its competitors"??? Wasn't the Hemi _BANNED_ ???

The Hemi wasn't banned until '72 or '73 if my memory is correct.
The beautiful `68 Charger had some very dismal aero issues.
That is why this car is such a fraud with the tunnel window on it vs. the flush back window that the Charger 500 and real Daytonas had.

The car appears fraudulent in many ways. It does not appear to be a Nichels Engineering built chassis, which all Mario Rossi's cars were in 1970. This car has been around for a while. Aside from the many incorrect features of a racing Daytona, it looks like a street type car that has been converted for vintage racing. Many details of the story in the description are also not correct.

Bid to $210,000.00 and did not sell. Hell of a lot for a fake, I'm not sure why the seller did not lift the reserve, take the money and run.
Good thing for the bidder that they didn't.
