That car was built by Jim Hale of Van Buren Arkansas. It has a conversion kit to put the V-8 and RWD in it... pretty sure that Hale's people designed the kit and sold it through Mopar. S.E. Buchannon drove this car, as well as the Banning and Slaughter SS/AA 'cuda.
The always called this little car (among themselves) the "pregnant pumpkin". I may be wrong, but I think I remember this car with a 360 in it.
