As far as the 3.0 V6 that is in it, there are performance parts available, you just have to know where to look, we are fixing to restore a prototype 1986 Acclaim yes a 1986! Long story on the car, it was accidently released for sale in 1991, they even tried to buy it back, but as far as a V8 in that car, that would be cool!!! But if you are interested in building up that V6 to run like a scalded dog, let us know, we know where to get H beam rods, stroker kits, superchargers!!!, intake spacers, wiseco pistons among other brands,suspension parts, etc. Attached below is some pics in its Mustang and Camaro eating days back in the early 1990's. 1 of 1 painted Nighthawk Blue
