Description:
|
This is a NOS genuine Mopar remanufactured torque converter (p/n 411140) for a 360 engine (note weights) for a 727 non-lockup transmission. I purchased this back around 1980 new from a Mopar dealership, and it has never been out of the box. I am not sure of the stall speed, but believe it to be a low stall stock converter. This would be perfect if you are rebuilding a pre-'78 727, or replacing a lockup 727 trans in a post '78 vehicle. It will NOT fit a lockup transmission. Note: some HD police/trailer tow vehicles had non lockup transmissions in '78-early '80's, so be sure to check if you have a lockup 727 before buying! They are difficult to identify from the outside!
