Hi, I have a 1968 dodge charger project. It was started as a r/t clone 8 years ago and it's now a little over 90% restored. It runs and drives, is only on a trailer because of DMV non-op registration.

Here's what's been done to date:
-The (original matching #s) 383 engine is fresh, completely rebuilt. Over $8500 in the engine alone. Bored out to 388 cu in. Entire drivetrain and suspension have less than 1 mile on them!
-Ceramic coated 1 3/4 headers w/ 3" exhaust w /Flowmaster mufflers and mid-body dump (Done this week by JBA Performace)
-All new front end components,new gear box-close ratio, HD torsion bars, superstock rear leafs, kyb shocks-poly bushings including tranny mounts.
-All new stainless steel brake and fuel lines
-New Front Brakes are Wilwood 4 piston calipers and 11 inch rotors with adjustable proportioning valve
-New rear (10" drum) brakes
-727 trans w/ shift kit and hughes 3000 stall converter
-Rear end is a randys 8 3/4 sure grip w/ 390 gears
-lots of powder coated pieces-k-member ,cross member,hood-hinges,brackets,
-new dash pad-new front seats (not stock) - cloth racing style, not in car for the pics but are there now.
-white face gauges w blue illumination
-new carpet
-new inside door handles and window cranks
new front bumper w/ bumperetes
-new side marker lights
-new remote mirror
-new emblems
-new black vinyl top
-new trim
-Original steel wheels are on car.
NO RUST
Needs:
Interior Door Panels (originals and new templates come with car)
Rear Seat is out of car (but comes with car), in original green upholstery.
All body panels are straight but need sanding as part of prep for paint.

Front end Alignment
I'm looking for something in the neighborhood of $17K but that will go closer to $20K as I continue to restore it. I envision this car being a really awesome street car with some minor custom mods. However, my financial situation has changed recently and I don't know if I can do that anymore.
I'm in San Diego.
I really want this to get into the hands of someone that will finish it right.
