Description: Body: Started with a rust free 1964 Plymouth Fury. Body was media blasted, and painted on a rotisserie with PPG Concept black. Fenders and doors are acid dipped thin steel, the rest of the body panels are factory steel. Glass is very rare factory tinted glass, windshield is new. All stainless has been polished, taillights have been re-chromed. The Grille and Headlight bezels have been polished, then Chrome plated for an absolutely brilliant look. The Body is arrow straight with a show winning paint job.

Engine: 605 Cubic Inch Hemi built by Best Machine Racing Engines. Engine has been built with all top shelf components. It made 1001 horsepower, 807 ft/lbs or torque on a DTS engine Dyno. It is 12 to 1 compression. The motor is powerful, but it is not a full tilt race motor. It was designed with street-ability in mind. It runs on racing fuel, but not high end/exotic VP type fuels. Any normal blend of race gas is fine. It is built around a Mopar Performance 4.5 inch bore Iron Mega Block. Mopar aluminum hemi heads, CNC ported by Modern Cylinder head. Intake manifold is hand built by Modern Cylinder head, all tig welded. It has a removable o-ringed lid. The quality is second to none, even the phenolic spacers are ported/blended into the manifold upper plate. Carbs are 1050 quick fuels. All block machine work was done on a state of the art Rottler F68A CNC block machining center to ensure the most accurate machine work possible, and to ensure bores were located over crank center and placed on proper bore centerlines. Lifter bores bushed with diamond lifter bushings. ARP main studs. Crankshaft is Callies 4.750 stroke , Callies Comp-star connecting rods, Custom diamond pistons. Cam shaft was custom ground solid roller by LSM 4/7 Swap, 292/298 Duration @ 50, .832 lift. Cometic Cylinder head gaskets. Custom Charlies oil pan with windage screen/swinging pickup. Titan adjustable pressure billet oil pump. Rockers are Dick Landy Industries roller rocker arms, with Mopar performance billet anodized stands, Manton adjusters, and Thick wall indy cylinder rocker shafts. Valve springs are Manley Nex-Tec triples with titanium retainers. Ferrea valves, comp roller lifters, billet rear main, trend custom push rods, msd billet distributer, ATI balancer, Milodon (quiet) gear drive system. The valve covers have additional spray bar style oiling running through them to put additional oil on
adjusters/springs. The car is plumbed with an Accusump pre-oil system, so the car can be fired at full oil pressure.

Chassis: Custom built All tig welded all Chrome-Moly roll cage. It is a 16 point cage, and is NHRA certified to 8.50 E.T. The inner cross bar passes under the dash instead of in front (where your knees bang into it). The bars that tie in the front subframes pass underneath the fender, instead of going through the engine compartment. The subframes are tied together, drive shaft loop installed. Factory wheel wells are removed, and replaced with Steel Wheel tubs that are flush with the frame rails. Car still retains factory rear frame rails. Custom made trans blanket and all other required safety items installed. Seat belts are current as is window net.

Suspension. The rear suspension is a ladder bar / coil over setup. The rear coil-overs are double adjustable alston shocks, fronts are single adjustable alston shocks. Car has 4 wheel strange disc brakes. Wheelie bars are custom made, Moly Tube, pro/stock style bars, powder coated. They are fully adjustable up/down to control wheel stands. Front suspension has all been disassembled, powder coated components, new bushings/rubbers etc installed. The K member has been clearanced and re-enforced for oil pan clearance. Rear end was a factory B body Dana 60. All new internals, LPW stud Girdle cover, 4.56 gear, new POSI, strange axles. Rear end has been narrowed, with axle tubes welded to the housing for support. As well as additional bracing to prevent axle tube bending. Wheels are Holeshot billet Star drag race wheels with mickey Thompson front runners, and 10.5 W 31 rear slicks on a 12 inch wide wheel.

Transmission, 727 manually shifted reverse pattern automatic. Tranzact Trans brake. Fully rollerized with ATI roller bearings. Ultimate Sprag. Cast transmission pan. Converter is a custom built ATI 9 inch. Transmission is cooled with an external Earls cooler plumbed with all braided stainless lines.

Interior. All door seals / rubbers / weather-strips are brand new. Seats / door panels are reproduction Super Stock by Gary ball interiors. The carpet is very neatly trimmed around the cage. Custom rear package shelf, back panel, and custom vinyl covering of the rear wheel tubs make for a show winning interior. The headliner is also brand new and perfectly stretched with no wrinkles whatsoever. Car has custom window net, and current (SFI Date) 5 point cam-lock RJS harnesss. Dash area is fully restored, with autometer gauges neatly sunk into factory dash. Dash also has very rare superstock, heater, push button and radio delete panels. Steering wheel is a billet Lecarra Red leather wrapped wheel, on a quick disconnect removal for easy entry/exit to the drivers seat.

Cooling System: Be Cool 1000 h.p. cooling module. Oversize aluminum radiator with dual SPAL fans. Meziere electric water pump. This system cools this car on the street on during the summer. This car will not overheat.

Brake lights/head lights/running lights, license plate lights work. Car has a 100 amp MSD alternator and Dual sealed DEKA trunk mounted batteries in billet holders. All of the gauges excluding oil pressure are electric Autometer including: Fuel pressure, Oil pressure, 5 inch recall Tach, Water temp, Voltage, trans temp, oil temp. Gauges are high end Silver autometer gauges, with Red LED back lighting. Shift lite, and oil pressure warning light mounted on upper roll cage.

Exhaust: The headers are 2 ¼ inch primary tubes into a 4 inch collector. They are custom built, and fit perfectly around the steering box / torsion bars. The collectors curve to allow the exhaust to fit through the factory frame humps, to maintain ground clearance. The exhaust is 4 inch with Borla Stainless XR1 shootout mufflers. The exhaust has a very powerful sound, but is not obnoxious. The entire exhaust system was ceramic coated and polished.

Fuel system: The fuel system consists of a triangle engineering aluminum fuel cell, with Aeromotive A2000 pump, and Aeromotive Bypassing regulator that is plumbed back to the cell. All fuel lines, and transmission lines are braided stainless with black A.N. style fittings. This car has over $4000 in just fuel lines/fittings.

Performance. This car was built to be not only a ISCA show level car, but a hard hitting street car, and drag car all in one. It was only at the track one time in its current configuration and it produced a 9.35 E.T. at 142 mph. This car was runner up in superstock at the Detroit Autorama, and received special awards for best paint. It also won at many local car shows. The car is a streetable package. It does not load up, or overheat on the street. If the new owner is only interested in street driving, we can work with the new owner to get it de-tuned to a milder package.
